Number of times subject can perform sit to stand in 30 seconds. Age/Gender norms have been established. Assesses lower extremity functional strength (emphasis quads), balance from sit to stand, movement pattern coordination, discriminates between low to high levels of functional mobility.
5 x Sit to Stand
Time to perform sit to stand 5 times. Age/Gender norms have been established. Assesses lower extremity functional strength (emphasis quads), balance from sit to stand, and movement pattern coordination.
