Private payment is accepted for all services including physical
therapy, fall prevention program, senior fitness testing, and mobility
evaluations.
We are Medicare and Missouri Medicaid providers.
We are in network providers for:

can call for insurance verification. Unfortunately, this is not a guarantee
for payment. We recommend the client also verify coverage as a back up.
We are not providers for HMO's.
We will assist in verifying insurance coverage before initiating services.

typically a 20% co-payment with Medicare. Clients may be covered
by secondary insurance which would cover the 20% co-pay.
